Life Recently & a Winner!

Recently, life has been crazy!

I've been going into work from 9-12ish to help with SOL tests - basically taking over different classes for 30 minutes each to give the teachers a break. Then I'm going home and returning to work from 3-6! It makes for an exhausting day, but I'm glad to be helping out the teachers. 
AND, Steven is hoooome :)I keep having to remind myself he isn't going back to PA after the weekend. It's summer...and he is staying! Yeeeeeeeeehaw!We've already gone to Chick-fil-a and seen a movie. It's going to be a fun month.btw, we saw The Lucky One...I loved it. Anyone else seen it and loved it? Or hated it?

I am SO glad it's Friday. Today is Tech's graduation, though, and Michelle Obama is here to speak. Sheesh they're closing down the interstate and everything! I'm going to try and steer clear of the University...although in our small town, that's kind of hard to do.
 Tonight we're going downtown to celebrate a good friend's 21st birthday before he leaves for Richmond! Should be fun...hopefully there will be pictures.

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

Here's what I'm loving today :)

I'm loving that I've been blogging for one whole year, as of May 7! I cannot believe it's been a year. I would have NEVER thought then that I'd still be blogging now. I usually lose interest in things like this.
I'm loving my time off from school! Yesterday I woke up around 10, ate breakfast, sat on the couch and watched TLC and then I showered at 2 and went to work. OMG what a wonderfully lazy day. I needed it.
I'm loving that Steven is coming home this week!! eeeeeeeeeep! :)
I'm loving clean sheets. I put on freshly washed sheets yesterday and when I went to bed, it was heaven.
I'm loving that Jermaine won The Voice last night! I definitely think he deserved it...plus he was Team Blake and I do love me some Blake Shelton.

I'm loving that The Bachelorette starts on Monday! Y'all know I'm a Bachelor/ette fan, so if you follow me on Twitter, you can expect an increase in tweets on Monday nights for the next couple of months. I just love Emily! I can't wait to see how this season goes.

1. Shopping

I could go shopping every day of my life! I'm someone who just "looks around" with nothing particular in mind. This probably is a bad thing since sometime I end up buying more than I should.I'm also known to walk around a store 10 times just because I'm thinking/re-evaluating/etc and the clerks ask me a million times if I'm "still doing okay"...haha awkward.
2. Hokie Highs/That Disney Gif/What Should We Call MeOkay, I die laughing at these.SUCH a good "waste" of time... 3.  Re-Lilly and PPR

Okay, so maybe this falls into the shopping category, but not really. With shopping, I mean getting dressed and going out and trying on things. With Re-Lilly and PPR, I can browse albums from the comfort of my bed! It's so dangerous. SO dangerous. But to get NWT or EUC Lilly for such great prices - I can't resist.
4. Essie polish

I know I blog about it a lot, but I love all the shades of Essie. A new week, a new polish. That is how my summer will go.
5. Frozen Yogurt, aka Frosty Parrot

Our new create-your-own yogurt place is soooooo gooooood. My favorite flavor is the white chocolate moose and I put strawberries, chocolate chips and gummie bears on top. Sometimes some Reese's cup.We also just got a Sweet Frog! Once I went to both...in one day...true story.Y'all know where to find me this summer. Good thing I have my running routine in place!
